Happy Friday!

Weekends are the only time my countdown stops....Once Monday hits, the entire week is a countdown to 6PM Friday. At points it does make me sad that I'm counting my life away, but it cheers me when I'm at T-2:00 & counting to freedom.

Cut my workout short last night because I was feeling off-kilter. I don't want to say I wasn't feeling well, because I was. I was happy, didn't feel sick, just that something was off. Going to chalk it up to crap sleep the night before & the energy drink I had half of to try and counter lack of sleep with. Ended up binge eating once I got home to try and steady myself, which in itself was a chore considering that for all the crap in our freezer, our pantry and fridge is barren.

Spoke to mom about the fact that I sometimes get tired halfway through my 'normal' routeine on the elliptical machine. She seems to think that I should start a snack regiment before hitting the gym, and maybe she's right. Maybe it's because of low blood sugar. Been doing research on pre-workout snack options, and nuts and bananas seem to be the top options....considering implementing this starting this coming week. We'll see.
