Forgot to take my blood sugar this morning until after breakfast, so it was 198. I think that is ok since it has been running over 200 fasting and this was after eating. Wedding reception this afternoon -- I should have skipped the cake and punch, especially after a church dinner. I will have to consider this a food vacation day and get back on Keto tomorrow. I struggled to get 62 fat/28 carb/10 protein today. Going to be away from home for 3 days traveling -- always a food challenge.
