A.M. fasting blood sugar= 240; weight 181.7 Afternoon glucose check: 116 at 5:24 p.m. Yea!!
I told hubby no chocolate for Valentine's, so he shelled out a quart of pecans for me! Sweet guy!!
This evening there is a seniors steak dinner provided by the younger couples in our church, Can I do this? See chapter 2 after the dinner tonight. Pt.2 Well, it was delicious! I did need to give part of my steak to hubby, it was so huge! So beautifully served by 4 teens. You would have eaten the creme brulee too! Totals for the day: 69% fat, 15% carbs, 16% protein. I'm not even checking my glucose tonight!!!
