This week went well. Yesterday ate more than usually & had a few beers at the Company Golf event. At least I got a little exercise since 18 holes (included cart rental).
72.1 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
