Very sad face. Here I thought I weighed 231. welllll its 241 and very disappointed. This just adds to my determination. Something clicked (not my usual bone sounds either)
Sheer determination. Different kind of feeling I do not think I have ever had before.
Am not alone as my 19 yo daughter is joining me on this lifestyle change. Not going to be easy as anything worthwhile usually isn't. Day 1
