What I ate. Meal 1. Bullet proof coffee, Zoodles with marinara, Pork carnitas Taco Bowl. Meal 2: Bullet proof matcha, Chicken tenders with southwest Aioli, Liver pate with vegetables. Meal 3: Bullet proof matcha, Chicken tenders with Ranch Aioli, Cup of bone broth. **All was Grain free, Dairy free, Corn free and Soy free. Oils are beef tallow, butter and MCT oil.** My Meals especially were keto.
