I'm thinking that "everything in moderation" needs to apply to Zumba, too. I just looked, & I've done 12 1/2 hours of it in the last two weeks, as well as a couple Silver Sneakers classes. This with a small tear in the plantar facsia of my right foot! I hurt. I still want to go, love the feeling it gives me.

Maybe I can go to a half hour CXWORX class (ab stuff)tomorrow & call it good. Or, heck, it's going to be a nice day tomorrow, maybe some walking in a park is in order. Yeah!

Day Four of cabbage soup diet today; bananas, skim milk, & soup. I added some plain low-fat yogurt to my morning smoothie (oh yeah, a Tbsp of cocoa powder, too) and ground turkey breast to my lunch soup. The protein helps, but sheesh, 8 grams of fat for the day? Last night I sauteed some power green in 1/2 Tbsp. of Kerrygold butter so I could stop feeling so empty; worked like a charm.

My partner is sticking to the plan, doing well enough, though doesn't feel very good. Talked about going out to eat after the 7 day diet is done, lol. We're going to buy steak for day 5; beef and tomatoes and soup. I don't do beef, so I'll stick with ground turkey breast; up to 20 ounces!

77 degrees out today! Woo hoo!

Time to make another pot of soup; hope this one lasts until this is over. I've adapted the basic recipe again at the request of my partner. Cauliflower & cabbage, sounds like an explosive combination! Airing out the house in advance.....

What moderation... ? You only did a little more Zumba than me...only about 12&1/2 hours more....LOL

If you subtract the Zumba I didn't do either.... I am so behind the time that I need to look up what Zumba is. They are having a class during Relay for Life and I am curious. Can you send me an email about it so I can get the real scoop? Thanks much!
