Texas sheet cake. Coconut and pecans in the icing. It was just put out, Chris. Very moist. There is some egg whites in it according to ingredients. So healthy.

I only eat the top half of the whole thing anyway. Only able to reserve about 1200 calories worth cause I'm cuttin' and still trying to get 200+ grams of protein.

Ugh, I made a comment on the My fitness pal page on Facebook about using a chaffle for a bun to lose weight. I said, wouldn't a chaffle be more energy than a normal bun. I get this response.---> "it has pretty much zero carbs so none of it spikes insulin which causes you to get fat. All calories are not equal. Fat calories are absorbed much slower than carb calories. Carb calories up your insulin which is the hormone that causes your body to store fat. You body does not store calories from eating fat..."

It's a losing battle when these assholes are using their PHD to post a video on youtube with millions of views. Keeping sooo many people ignorant to how fat is lost/gained.

Wasn’t it recommended to eat 6 meals a day to keep metabolism high to lose weight? Haha doesn’t that contradict insulin spikes causing fat retention?

I don't know anything about them, I just figured if they are made with calorie dense fat, they would be higher calorie, and they are, 150 calories per slice instead of 55 or so in a normal bun. How many grams of protein per slice? And yes, 6-8 meals if you REALLY wanted to keep that furnace kickin'!

Hey, Alex, don't support my journal and stop spamming your nonsense scam product on my beautiful journal entries. Spam the scam on your own journal.

Well..I ate too much. 1388 calories. At least it's past the end of my official day calories wise and I still need to get another 600 calories to hit 3300. Need some more protein...
