Free food totally got me yesterday!
Blew 435 calories on half a cookie (really friggin' good cookie) and a
wrap (not even good, shoulda skipped that)....
I've always been good with restraint from free food, but yesterday ....
anyway onward.
69.0 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
