I have been using other methods to track my food and while it has worked, I'd like to now compare calories to points (WW) and adjust accordingly based on my progress. January is usually when "we" start new diet plans and exercise routines. Some of us giving up even before the month is over. My journey is life long. It is personal, it is intentional and my end goal is being healthy. THIS is ME!
