Last night we had a late New Year's party with family.🎉🎉🎉 I tracked my food all day and hit the gym for the first time in a long time!💪😁 But by the time it was time to eat with everyone...I was very hungry. My cousin's wife makes some interesting dishes because she is from Indonesia. 😋 So I didn't track my dinner. One because it was complicated dishes but the other reason was I lost my control because we were having a good time.😜 But overall I feel good because I made good choices throughout my day and I know that makes a difference!💕
