If you're on this page, you are probably a type II diabetic or on you way too it. Carbs and sugar own us and will lead away from health. Addicks don't consume in moderation, we should all know this.

Everyone who enjoys carbs and wonderful foods of all types isn't an addict. If carbs and sugar "own you" and you can't allow yourself to eat anything containing them, that makes YOU an addict. Some are able to enjoy in moderation, beachken. Healthiest I've ever been- eating food I love.

I’m a sugar addict yet I can have it and am not diabetic. I just have to practice moderation. Al about willpower and not letting sugar own you. ;)
