I feel a lot better today. I didn't have the best sleep schedule yesterday, but I acomplished a lot! I actually stayed awake all night and took a 5 hour nap at 10 am. But I almost finished my deep cleaning the kitchen! I know it doesn't sound like much, but it makes me really feel good. I know that when you clean like that, you have so much body movement, and it moves your entire body. Scince I, like most, tend to get bored with exercise, I thought I would just start cleaning the house from ceiling to floor (literally). Not that my house was really that dirty, but you never know where those germs might be hiding, and it's really really benefitial. I would suggest this to anyone who, like myself, need some exercise that doesn't feel like exercise... Besides all that, it keeps my mind off of all the bad stuff we all know we think of sometimes!!! I really enjoy this journal. :) I'll keep it up and let everyone know my progress!
