Not bad all things considered. I drank so much water yesterday (trying to keep the mindless snacking at bay) that my stomach was sloshing. I turned down fudge and apple pie without regret. If I really wanted it enough to pursue having it, I would have. But I decided I didn’t need to eat it just because it was ‘there’ and it was ‘a holiday’. On the other hand, I had an extra serving of sugar free pudding so I guess ‘that’ was my holiday indulgence.
