Happy Thanksgiving 🦃🍁🍽
I will probably eat outside my calorie deficit but I’ll survive and will just work it off at the gym this weekend. I have learned to eat until I feel full and not to overdo it. I will be drinking my wine and enjoying a piece of pumpkin pie without any regrets.
