So here goes my first apple day. Kinda looking forward to it as I've grown quite fond of apples. I've already kind of messed up though, by having coffee and a tbsp of milk this morning.I thought an 'apple day' was just no food. Well...only after I re-studied the Pounds & Inches PDF did I learn that an 'apple day' means no liquids other than water when absolutely thirsty. If it doesn't work I wonder if I can do a 'Steak Day' tomorrow? Hmmm... I just hope it today works. ;0)
