I had knee surgery (not a replacement) and have been fighting with arthritis this year. My movement has slowed waaaaay down and the pounds have crept waaaaaaay up. I'm trying to get serious before the holidays when excess is everywhere. Still working on ways to keep more active when there's pain every day. I will get there.
