Well, definitely got plenty of exercise this weekend--those dogs sure love to walk! :) Back at work today and watching the snow blow outside. I wish spring would get here already!! I didn't make it to the gym this morning because of possibly slick roads, will go after work instead. I enjoy going in the evenings, then I can shower at home instead of the gym with their "peekaboo" curtains. That's the only downfall to working out in the mornings. I may be getting a smaller body, but I'm not interested in having perfect strangers get a look at it! lol I brought my breakfast, lunch, and snack, and have meat laid out for supper. I also left my cash at home so I won't be tempted to eat with work buddies. I know they just want me to join the fun, but my scale does not appreciate it. Sipping my chamomile tea and feeling good this morning. I think the stress is finally beginning to abate. Mostly just have one stress this morning, and trying to keep my mind off of it. Should get the results of Little Man's sleep study today. However, I can't do anything til I know the results, so I refuse to dwell on it until then. I finally updated my pic. Was feeling good yesterday so Hubby snapped a pic, and I actually liked it. Alot of times when he does that, I end up deleting them. I need to be prepared to see myself in photos. They still don't look the way that I see myself in my head, but it's getting closer! :) Hope everyone has a great day, love you guys! Thanks for all your support!
