I did it! I planned 2 workouts yesterday and 1 this morning, and I accomplished them all! Yay! I'm really enjoying the treadmill. I just need to get there earlier so I can walk longer!
Got meals planned for the day, and am not going to cheat! I want to see a new number tomorrow! :)

Love your determination! How long are you walking?

I've been walking 25 minutes at 3 miles per hour, so 1.25 miles. I want to walk longer, but I have to quit so I can shower before work. I'd like to work my way up to walking 5 miles a day (between 2 workouts) on the treadmill.
