Dangit, I'm back up a notch. But I expected it. I will eat less today.

Stayed up late last night, so got up after 9 this morning. Breakfast at 10.
86.5 kg Lost so far: 9.7 kg.    Still to go: 18.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Increasing exercise will probably do more to get your weight down than decreasing your calories intake. Work that body!
