I'll put it on my 'hunting list'. Odd tho - I have several oils in the pantry just sitting. I've not been adding much oil to food lately. Butter either. I just now realized that. Hmmm?

Bella, I think it will be really difficult to find out far from its production area ;-) Do you know how people in Andalusia eat evoo? (Note: Andalusia is the southernmost region of Spain and a great producer of many types of excellent evoo) Besides using it in salads or for cooking, when the oil is really good, like this one, they simply pour some in a dish and a bite-sized piece of bread in it, savor it, repeat.

*dip a bite-sized piece of bread Keyten, I know!! You would have enjoyed our tapas today during the wine tasting. Lots of good bread with evoo, some excellent cheese and cold cuts, and some high quality chips.
