Down another pound today! Man, when the stall breaks it really cuts loose! I am heading to work out in a few minutes. I've added some weights to my routine and whle I feel they are rather boring, I'd like to firm up my arms and abs so I'll suffer through it. There are worse things in life than 30 minutes of weights-- flab, for example.
With the three pounds down this week, I have to say I have re-energized myself in my weight loss efforts.

Today I am thankful for:
* a 3# deficit this week
* a new humidifier in my house- what a difference it makes in breathing
* my supportive husband
* Easter is right around the corner-thankful for my salvation. (Should have listed this one first.)
