Seem to be at a bit of a plateau again. Would hate to think it is because I had 2 days of no measurable exercise because of 2 insanely busy work days. I am consistently below target calories. No cheats. Eating a variety of good foods. Leaving in 10 days for a month in Africa.

Electricity and internet access can be an issue, but will try to post some food pics here. Counting calories will be difficult because they cook for me and I eat what is served. :) I'll just pick up where I left off, after the mission trip.
