This weighing in daily sure highlights how much I fluctuate. I'm trying not to dwell on since often I can't figure out why down some days and up others. BUT looking for a downwards trend on my weekly weigh in which is today. And I'm up 1.8 lbs. This week I'm going to try no snacks. Also no nuts even though they help my macros. Have a great week!
73.5 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
