'The proven benefits of creatine with strength and explosive power are scientifically irrefutable but creatine is far from a one-trick pony! Other benefits include increased muscle hypertrophy, reduced fatigue, small increases in bone mineral density, protection against muscle damage, and may even help with depression along with a host of other benefits'

Have been wanting to add creatine into my diet, and yesterday I made sure my daily food contain plenty of creatine. I also added a lot of selenium and vitamic c. All without using supplements or anything from plants. Love getting better at my WOE.

This anti-supplements way is hard. Glad to now get to experience what added creatine, q10, selenium and vitamin c can do over the coming months. May result in better speed on the bike rides. Time will tell. Next challenge is to add more calcium too. Thinking egg shell, but not sure yet. Have you taken creatine for years maybe?

I think I heard a lot about creatine in one of those keto md podcasts. it was interesting. I'll look forward to hearing about your results.
