I've only fasted one day this week so going to do it again today. Will skip breakfast and lunch and then have dinner before bed. Drinking water, coffee and green tea today with cinnamon and maybe some coconut oil to curb hunger. The fasting worked - i got under 146 so going to go for it again. My goal weight is 140 although my doc says 138 is ideal for my height. She says intermittent fasting will help reset my "set point" weight so i'm hopeful. The last 5-10 lbs are the most difficult to lose
