Hello, FS friends! I’ve been MIA from the app and tracking for about 2 months. Getting back into the swing of things and back to my goals. Summertime celebrations and also stresses had me drinking alcohol and eating more loosely, which caused a gain of about 5 pounds. I got serious again about a week ago and have already eliminated a few pounds of the gain. I really want to lose another 26 pounds, so redetermined to do so. Hoping folks had a nice summer! :)
