I've been guessing at my weight these past few weeks. Today I finally faced the scale. 237.6 pounds!!! I have never been this heavy in my life. In 2004 I lost 65 pounds - weighed 165 pounds and felt like a million bucks. Today I am devastated. So now I am seriously making my plan and vow to stick to it no matter how hard it gets. Today I commit to bettering myself...for ME. This is so horrible. It has been a long, hard winter. The illness and the prednisone are literal killers. Today I pledge to renew my committment to my weight loss. Today. Today. Today. STARTING NOW.

Take a deep breath and start your journey. I know it is hard but very worth it. I also last Oct stood on my scale and almost passed out. 287.4lbs. Ugh....bad bad bad. I ended up having WLS and I am following Atkins. Today I am at 214.6 and still going strong. You can do it!
