Different strokes for different folks - I'd be so hungry trying to sustain that calorie level. If you can do it, more power to you!

We all have to go day-by-day and do what we can for how it works for us. I realized my calories and carb levels are very low and it is intentional. That's what I have to do to make it work for me. We usually have breakfast around 11 and then we have dinner around 4:30. I do not get hungry in the morning and I do not get hungry typically at night. If I do I eat a couple slices of Swiss cheese. I have sat in the same chair in the same living room looking at the same four walls for a couple of years plus. I have no metabolism and I'm very sedentary, and I'm trying to get well. I am overweight and this is the only way I can do it. I don't want you all to think that I'm odd or starving or trying to impress anybody. If I were as active is any of you I'm sure I would get hungry as well. I'm not active so I don't get hungry whatever works for you I will support you I think it's good that we're all on here trying to obtain our own balls but it's never good for anybody to compare them self to anybody else. We're not competing we're encouraging.

I had a typo on my last entry. I'm talk texting so it came out as we all have to set our own balls. It was supposed to be we all have to set our own goals. I'm not trying to compete with anyone and I just want to encourage everybody 2 do what they can for them self, and don't worry about what others may need to do, or want to do, or think about you. Let's encourage one another.
