Sometimes I wonder if it is the meatballs that contain various liver varieties that brought on the high energy I've felt lately. Liver is a rich source of B vitamins, and it is called the energy vitamin.
Before I tried to have liver on a regular basis, but I'm not good with 'regular basis' stuff. Tend to forget after awhile. Mixing liver into daily food works better for me.
Tried something new yesterday. Eat chicken breast till so full that I cannot eat one more bite. Came to 2.5 breast pieces. Got very warm after. Nice sensation. Then tiredness. Thought this might be a good meal to sleep on.
When I ran out of muscles to rip up, I started some lower back exercises. Got some muscles ripped up there too, and they are still in healing mode. Feel safest to let them heal another day. Need the core strong for control I feel.
