Get into those good healthy eating habits and it will stay off 😁. If you're anything like me I'm a foodie so it's portion control and literally retraining my brain and body 😂 It hasn't been bad like I thought it would be. Finding things to tantalize the tastebuds in a healthier matter instead of chips and sweets is my best controller. If I have a craving for chocolate I buy a box of Atkins...they have several selections that are portion controlled and taste amazing!! Fat free vanilla greek yogurt with some fruit is my tantalizer 😁🤪. Good luck on your journey and welcome to FS! You picked the right place 😁🤗
