Awesome green thumb  

Beautiful roses! Can't grow them where I live - the deer eat them, thorns and all.

@Fritzy, they do! The crazy beasts! Late spring we had a doe and twins start hanging around. I was so thrilled until I saw the devastating damage to my roses... Every green shoot and every bud gone from four... Nothing but brown sticks left. My husband helped me put up a bit of a fence, that never would keep them out if really determined, but they just moved on after a couple visits. Now the bush most impacted this spring, has more than a hundred blossems and has grown back beautifully. 😊 😍

Beautiful! What keeps me sane is hiking, mountain biking and cross country skiing with the hubby. If I could figure out how to add a photo in the phone app I'd share a pic of where we were yesterday 

Quilting: I also collect and am learning to restore vintage sewing machines that I buy cheap some I keep some I give away: I love my gardens but this year the weather has not co-operated: cooking.

Gardening then taking photos of the plants & flowers and sharing them on Instagram & Facebook. I also enjoy taking photos of the local wildlife & birds...I live in the country. I'm an avid reader and belong to a bookclub. I also participate with our local literary society.  

Impressive! My flowers are beautiful late may thru mid July. Right now they're in this crazy back to school wilting where I get too busy and say forget it. Poor things are prolly praying for rain.
