So the low sugar high fiber thing is going pretty well. We'll see if it shows up in the cholesterol and BP screenings. It hasn't really even been that hard.

Next on the list is Omega 6's. That one's gonna be tough. There's soy oil in just about everything it seems like. Even salad dressing that says olive oil also has soy oil in it. Getting rid of the soy is going to be a tough one.
100.2 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 29.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
