Today I fasted for the whole day! I did have a piece of ham and some cheese cubes, but fot the rest of the day I drank crystal light tea and coffee. Oh yes, I also took my daily meds, I cant go without them. I think I will fast some more tomorrow, I don't feel like I have missed the food yet.

I've found intermittent fasting (usually 16:8, sometimes longer fast period) to be a lot easier than I anticipated. Increasing my fast period gradually really helped me adapt and create a new (un)eating habit. Great going, Diehard3!
