It's not the wellcome mart but I like Taiwan. I've lived here for 22 years. I love chicken from the traditional market in Taiwan -- free range, high quality and much cheaper than free range chicken in Canada.

Haha .. Yes tissue paper. Yes I'm in process of changing citizenship. Not returning to Canada.

Are you doing keto? You and I have almost identical stats/goals.

No I'm not following a particular plan but I tried to set my nutrient goals to recommended values so maybe it kind of works out that way ... But I still think my carb consumption would be high for keto at 200g / day. I don't know for certain.

For Keto you would be around 20g carbs/ day . Somewhere around 10-15%max depending on your body

Yes I looked it up after comment and what I read was 20 to 60g a day. That's too low for me. I tried the Atkins diet before and really didn't like it.

pleomom I would love to share what I am doing with you. I as well have heart disease in both sides of my family & I want to be in the best shape I can be to see my beautiful grandbabies grow up.❣
