Woke up with a slight caffeine deprivation headache, but it's getting better since I've had some green tea. Had a good rain last night, which cooled things off a little. Walked for 45 minutes this morning. Bubs was "reading the newspaper" (B's term for sniffing leaves) but he never would go.
Glad to see my weight go back down a little. It's sort of like watching a ball bounce down a staircase.
Summer fruit and cheese for breakfast are so wonderful together. I don't know what we'll do this winter when everything's out of season. I forget what the grocery store usually stocks -- maybe more citrus fruits and apples -- but it's never as good as local produce.
I need to think about lunch today so I won't overindulge. Still, I know I will NOT go out for a fast food chicken sandwich. That would've been my go-to lunch meal a few months ago.
