I totally over did the weekend there. I was about 700 Cal's over on both Saturday and Sunday. (So 1400) I ate 100 carbs on the one day...totally due to the fact that I essentially only drank whisky for one of the days lol.

I am currently in the middle of moving. Half of my stuff in one place and half in the other. Then someone says let's have some whiskey and I'm like hell yes...that's a great idea.

So you can't just drink whiskey all day. You need to eat something at some point. Note to self ...go grocery shopping for the new house before you get into the whiskey . Cheese and liquor all not the only things you should eat all day lol .

This reality of math has me realizing I need to get back to the gym . That's a whole other beast though so maybe I'll deal with that one next week 🤪

If you don't laugh at yourself then who will lol

Hehehehe i totally understand! Today, i just had a little food at noon, then nothing all day, and had 3 whiskies at night. And slept, then i woke up sooo hungry that i ate a cup of white plain rice. Very bad!!! I said to myself that i will do one hour of exercise instead of 30min. So drank some electrolytes and now off to sleep. Sonetimes i feel we need a drink, its not wrong, but we need to know when to stop. Good luck
