Super Bowl Sunday; I'm not even a football fan but I'm snacking like I'm at a Super Bowl party. I'm making good healthy chili for dinner; already recorded it.
Last night we went to dinner at Stanford's, and I don't think I did too good of a job of recording it in my food diary. I had grilled halibut tacos and a salad; an awesome dinner. It came with lime cilantro basmati rice; I took two little bites that were delicious, then concentrated on the tacos. My partner took home the rice with some prawns. I'm glad I passed on the cheesy bread; goooey cheesy fluffy bread that smelled good but got my partners hand all oily.
I met the woman that started the company that makes the kale chips that I'm addicted to; she was demo-ing them at the local Whole Foods. She's really nice & I found out I can buy them online for $2 less per package; I'm restraining myself from ordering a case of a dozen packages. Hey, $5 flat-rate shipping! I'll e-mail & see if I can pick them up, hee hee.
I went to water aerobics this morning. Well, I tried to. I got there, in the pool with old friends, but the instructor never showed up. Apparently there was a family emergency. We exercised for a while, then I came home and did some Wii Zumba.
I'd better get moving and make that chili... Hope you're all having a good Sunday.
