BG 107 on this bright Thursday morning. Still recovering from taking care of my mom who is still improving and is back to getting out of her house more often. She told me she's going to the senior center today:)

As for me, I'm still eyeing my scale in the kitchen. I haven't weighed myself at all in almost a month and yeah, I'm a little "hesitant" I was 190 the 25th of June but I'm holding off till tomorrow, Friday, which is my normal weigh-in day. And I KNOW I shouldn't be concerned about the numbers especially with what has been going on BUT I'm afraid, I'm human:D

Anyway, on with my day. My apartment needs some cleaning but I need to go slow.

Rudy, it's wonderful that things are starting to return to normal. If you aren't up to weighing, then hold off. All you can do is what you can do.

Don't stress no matter what the scale says - you know what to do to follow a healthy lifestyle. Even if it's off a little, you can get back in the right direction.
