I do not know how, but this what what my scale said... Whoo! Ain't complaining!
Yesterday was very physically demanding for my work, did not eat a lot... Might have had something to do with it?
101.4 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 19.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
