Well weight hasn't changed but blood pressure has. I have gone from 145/95 to 110/75 in three months. Fatsecret is so helpful at controlling macro and micro nutrients like balancing sodium and potassium. It's also helped me to control alcohol consumption. Better than AA! ☺
