today I took, for me what was, a very difficult step. all of my clothes that were larger than my current size, I gave to the Goodwill. letting go was difficult, but I know it was the right thing to do. I will never be that size again. this is not something I would normally post, but it makes it more real and a cathartic experience for me. thank you all for the support on my journey.

I did that last year—it’s a great feeling! But now my new clothes aren’t fitting because I let myself slip back into old habits 😞 time to return to good habits! Best of luck to you!
