In my 5th week now.

Gym workout:

Monday afternoon : Boot Camp, Pilates and 20 laps breaststroke swimming
Tuesday Morning: Pump, Ashtanga Yoga, Dance and tone, swim 20 laps b/stroke
Tuesday Evening: Power walk 10km
Wednesday Morning: Usually Nike workout for glutes & abs and yoga but today missed it
Wednesday afternoon: Step class and dance and tone class, swim 20 laps b/stroke
Thursday Morning: Zumba class, Yoga class and swim aerobics class + 20 laps freestyle
Thursday evening: Pump class and swim freestyle 20 laps
Friday morning: boot camp, Yoga and aerobics swim class + 20 laps freestyle
Saturday Off
Sunday Off
67 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week
