Okay, first day of the Atkins fat fast well under way. I'm actually really not hungry at all but I am currently eating pork rinds and brie cheese to stay on track for the number of times I need to eat today. I'm planning on doing this for three days so -fingers crossed- that this goes well.

Hey Toni! Sitting here drinking my bullet coffee....hope that the fat fast works for you. I had to go out and read about it and sounds very good. I cannot wait to see your results, and happy to know that i have this on hand if I need to 'shake things up a bit'. Stick to your guns girlie and I know that stubborn scale will move!
