my first post about me. love this program! just eating normal stuff, journaling every bite, and losing!!! not yet one week, and a LONG ways to go. can walk, but not too much. do the best I can with the health issues I have so I'm shocked I'm losing!!!
91.4 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 30.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
