Getting quite good at my very healthy mug cakes..n sooooo good! 😋😋😋😋😃😃 Off on my holidays early hours tomorrow morning.. setting off for the airport tonight.. doubt if I'll be watching my diet this holiday like I normally do..so might be a little fatty that comes back! 😉😉😘😘

I am that good I make up my recipe as I go 😉😉 but mainly I put 1desert spoon about 8-10 grm of oatbran, same of ground almonds, Half tsp baking powder, 7-10 grm of a cacao powder I get from Aldi, Ginger ( which I love) n a bit of cinnamon, about 10 grm sesame seeds..Tsp of Stevia Sweetener ( which is only one I like) n for liquid I put a medium egg, Tsp vanilla extract, about 20 grm 0% Aldi Greek yogurt..n about 33-35 ml of unsweetened almond milk! You gotta grease mug 1st.. I spray it..dry ingredients 1st ..then liquid..whisk it all together..( I do it all in the mug) n put in microwave at full power for about roughly 2min .. leave to cool for at least 3 seconds.. longest I've managed cos I just want to eat it..n I usually put more Greek yogurt on top.. sometimes with a bit of grated 85% chocolate and maybe a walnut or strawberry on top to decorate!! Basically as long as you got dry ingredients n liquid I think you can put what the hell you fancy in! 😉😀😋😋😘😘 maybe an
