Stir fry and egg rolls for hubbys return home. I dislike Chinese food yet can tolerate it if I make it my way. I use the veggies I like, water chestnuts, chicken, steak and rice topped with a bit of soy sauce. I ate two nibbles of the egg roll I bought pre made (less than 25%) and passed the rest to the hubs. Egg rolls are his favorite. Youngest passed hers too lol. If I expect the kids to eat it I must try a bite too. I did like these but 130 kcal for 10 nibbles or 4 actual bites? No thanks! I’ll have to edit my log as I had half a serving of rice, need to add my protein bar etc. But as I’m super honest about stuff like this..... I had more left in the pan, maybe 1/2 cup of the veggies. I ate them. I also ate every single last bite that’s on this plate not including the egg roll! Don’t judge 😁. I say that as a joke because I know you won’t, if someone does then ok, I don’t feel bad about this healthy meal and ‘don’t judge’ has become a ‘thing’ with my daughter and I. A joke of sorts to bring on laughter or eye rolls. 😉. That being said, I wonder when it’ll hit me. When it does I’ll be miserable with this amount of food I think. It took me an hour to eat as I savor my food. Finished well over an hour ago. Just to push it a bit farther I’m having Greek yogurt for dessert 😁😁😁😁
