Fasting day today 😔 😂 Three more days until I finish my program here at The Sanctuary. Feeling so much better and great improvement in level of energy and blood pressure. Fasting and raw vegan are so full of health benefits

I have a question: does raw vegan give you bloating? I feel like trying it but insidfer from sensitive digestive track

I don't know about bloating. It takes my digestive system two to three days to adjust and then it's fine. I do raw vegan on and off. I've read so many great things about it and saw amazing documentaries about it. Following raw vegan for a month always results in lower cholesterol, blood sugar and blood pressure also improved digestion . So must be good.
