Thanks guys, it’s staying there for now.. although I’m only measuring once a week, the scale is on the way to the bathroom. Feels good to finally Be able to do sit-ups with no gut in the way anymore. Ok it’s only 3 but still.
Added weights every other day, running everyday.. freaking RUNNING! 2km now averaging 17-19min. 4-5 intervals of fast walking to be eliminated slowly over time next
