Well last night I went on a binge....a gain of 3.2. I let everything get to me yesterday and off the rails I went! Now I’m at work with a Hershey miniegg hangover!
74.4 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
